ELEVATE RETURN POLICY

ELEVATE offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders. If your order does not exceed your highest expectations, we will refund the amount for all unused, unopened merchandise from your order addressed within 30 days from receipt of the order. Note, the shipping fee to order is nonrefundable. 


Return Qualifications: 
-Order must be purchased from theelevatedexperience.shop
-Products that are unused and unopened are eligible for a return. 
-No visible signs of use or wear or any discrepancy with the product. 
-Products must be in original packaging with tags. 
-Gift Sets and Kits must be returned in full.
-Final Sale Items can not be returned. (Buy Sell Trade)


Returns for US Customers: 


ELEVATE wants to make returns as simple as possible! Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Defective or Damaged Items: 
If you receive any damaged or defective products, please address your concern to the theelevatedexperience.shop@gmail..com with the customer name, order number, and photo of the damaged or defective product(s) within 30 days from receipt date. Elevate can only accept orders placed on the elevated experience.shop. If Elevate considers the items damaged or defective, the product will be replaced by Elevate. If the item is addressed after 30 days the item is only eligible for store credit. All shipments for the replacement products will be subject to the same shipping service selected for the original order. We will not upgrade the shipping service and can only upgrade the shipping service with additional payment from the customer.
